Die Vorbereitungsgruppe der BKMO ist für alle offen und soll möglichst viele Organisationen einbinden. Sie bildet sich jeweils für die anstehende Konferenz und trifft sich mind. zweimal zur Vor- und einmal zur Nachbereitung der BKMO.
