Wir wollen in allen relevanten Themenbereichen mitreden und mitentscheiden. Denn: Wer zukunftsfähige Lösungen will, muss alle im Land beteiligen. Die Einwanderungsgesellschaft gestalten bedeutet, demokratische Prozesse inklusiver und transparenter für alle zu machen.

5 Handlungsfelder

Im Laufe der bisherigen Konferenzen haben sich fünf zentrale Handlungsfelder herausgestellt, die in fortlaufenden Arbeitsgruppen diskutiert werden. Alle drei Handlungsfelder bewegen sich auf unterschiedlichen gesellschaftlichen und institutionellen Ebenen. Diese sind nicht immer klar voneinander trennbar, vielmehr sind sie miteinander verbunden und müssen zusammengedacht werden.
